New to forum my e90 was just destroyed by a drunk driver
Just looking for advice on what should be expected that I would get from insurance money for my aftermarket parts
Tune Rims Exhaust etc... |

Did you pay them extra to cover those goodies? If not, expect them to pay off as if the car was stock.

Honestly, this is something you should have discussed before the drunk douche wiped out your car... As a side note, my wife just had an idiot turn left in front of her and AAA deemed her civic a total. We got about 3k more than expected. They looked at book values and current dealer listings in the area. I would see if you can get access to car to remove some of the easy mods before the car dissapears into insurance land.. Unless the premium you were paying the insurance company included the modifications, there is no way in hell they will pay for them to be replaced. That's just bad business.
