Temperature Gauge on Rear View Mirror?

I was calibrating my compass on the rear view mirror and noticed that in the display, it has the option to display Celcius or Farenheit. Does anyone know how to turn this on in the rear view mirror? I've looked in the manual and there is no mention.

It´s not possible. The only reason you see the C/F is because the same LCD is sometimes used (in other cars or other applications) to show temperatures. The application in the E90 for that display is compass only. In short, your mirror has no idea of any temperatures.

besides, why would you want that? You can call outside temp to your instument cluster with the colum stalk switch.

Interesting, I am not sure. I know that in south africa the mirrors to not have temprature guages. If you are uncertain, give your dealer a call?

True! Who wants to read the temperature off of the mirror rather than on the OB computer.
