335 Re-Falsh

Has anyone had noticed a problem with starting in D as far a hestitaion. This is something that I feel should not be. I was wondering other than starting in Sport has there been any re-flash for the ecu.
Also any up dates on the Nav on production dates after 1/07?
Thanks in advance. Other than these two items the car has been flawless..

It's normal due to the drive by wire throttle. I really never notice it, but I have alot of customers complain about it.

Doesn't seem to be as pronounced in DS mode than in normal D. Annoying the first couple of weeks I owned the car, but have gotten use to it.

Noticed it when I test drove one. Supposely you don't feel it at all when in M mode.

Yes, there is a software fix for the steptronic hesitation. I just had it done on my E90 335 last week. It makes a big difference.

I don't have the technician's comments in front of me, but it involved a software update.

What rev of Progman did they install? It should be listed on your receipt under the notes that tell you what the fixed. It will say something like "updated vehicle software with CIP xx.xx"
