M6 reps peeling real bad

I have had it for 4 years now and they look bad. I can scrape the clear coat/paint with my finger nails. I'm at the stage where I need to do something about it. Should I get it powder coated or get new wheels. I wasn't wanting to spend more than $600 -$750 on new wheels b/c I am not keeping the car much longer. But I think it would be a bad selling point to keep wheels as is.

I would just powdercoat them. That price range will not buy you a quality wheel
