hey guys

I know this has probably been answered a thousand times but I cant find the thread so here goes...

ordered my new 19" bbs lm's 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears with 35 offset

am I ok to run 275 30 19 in the rear or will I have to roll the fenders? I want it as flush as possible without rolling and really want the fatness of the 275...

thanks!

oh and I plan to install the eibach pro kit springs...I believe its a 1"drop front and .08" rear...

I run 265/30/19 in the rear of my e90 lci with a et30 and I absolutely had to roll the fenders. And it still rubs a little. It will also depend on the brand of tire you go with as that can add to the equation. Michelin PSS's for example would run larger. A 275 PSS would be more like a 285 Hankook.

A 275 will most likely rub without a fender rolling. Depends on tire brand and suspension setup. If you do not want to roll then stick to the 265 rear

I was rubbing with 275. Roll your fenders, or go with 265s

Aren't the pre-lci fenders larger than lci ones also?

I had 275/30/19 conti dw et 40 on on my e92 and it didnt rub even with a one 165 pound guy in passenger seat and another 175 pound guy in rear seat, even on massive dips. Stock height.

After adding 10mm spacers it rubs even with only me in the car on big dips.

This weekend I am swapping to 5mm et 35 to see if it gets better.

PSS is probably a little wider than DW.

Just FYI, I have PSS 275's on 19' 710's on my E92, I'm slammed with KW V1's and have about 7-10 mm of clearance in the rear and i don't have any camber.... I don't know what everyone is talking about. Im about to go up to a 285mm in the rear actually.

Stop being babies i'm about to fit 275 on my 1 series. 275 on an E9x should be child's play, just get the fenders rolled and get a touch of camber out back.

Yeah, there is more room than some think. I'm running a 295/25/20 and it doesn't rub - no additional camber (-1.8), fenders rolled as much as they will roll. Well, a tiny bit when the tire scrubs the felt liner a tiny bit but only on big dips. No contact from tire to fender and I'm on KW V3's and fender to ground is 24.25". It's basically even with top of tire. There looks to be 10mm of clearance from tire to fender, but that's not where the rub is. A lot of the rubbing is at the junction of rear bumper to quarter panel. I had to hit that part very hard with the roller.

And an E90 has more room than E92. I didn't rub at all on 285/25 Invo's w/ no fender roll and same drop. Only had to roll when I went to V12's in 295 which were quite a bit bigger.

Pre-LCI e90 cars apparently have more room.
I'm running 275/30-19 on Et35-9.5" Forgestars and still have room to run a wider tire.
No rubbing on sport suspension.
