Drove the new R32 tonight

And i give it a solid MEH!

What I liked:
-Interior quality was decent, colorful at night and nicely laid out
-Very nice seats,comfy and supportive though a bit hard
-Exhaust note was spectacular..much like the old R32--love the sound.
-looks pretty nice though there could be a little less wheel gap
-has a little pep..though less than I thought it would have.
-Engine sounds great at WOT
-Love the feel of a german car..solid.

Dislikes:
-I think I'm in the minority..but DSG bored me. Sure it's the best "automatic" i have ever driven (i know it's not really an auto)..but I like to row my own gears. It shifts very quickly..big whoop.
-Very harsh ride..the 335 can HANDLE and ride nice..the r32 didn't ride very nice..u feel every bump.
-$34k? No thank you.

I'd save 10k and get a Mazdaspeed3 if i needed a car like that.

Too bad..I really wanted to like it.

yup the new ones are pretty sick but i think the one before this will always be my favorite

Yeah... There were probably about 20 R32s at Laguna Seca over the weekend... probably part of the R32 club.

Alot of 04 R32s, with one 08. Some were pretty sick.
