2014 BMW 428 coupe! lease assumption!
just got into this 428 coupe, great car, however i just got a new job and im going to be needing to get a bigger car. So, I've decided to put the car up for a lease take over. Car is Black/Black, 86xx miles on the odometer. the car is just about fully loaded has everything you could want navi, heated seats, parking assist, etc. Payment is $652 (CA tax included). Lease has 25 months left on lease, with a total of 30,000 miles allowed. not asking for any money and ill pay the $500 to BMWFS for the lease assumption. Just a heads up, I am pretty sure you can't initiate a lease transfer within the first 6 months without prior approval from BMW

6 months minimum might be a requirement...i know mercedes used to force you into a year.
good luck with the sale.....sucks that you have to get rid of it as soon as you got it

you cannot initiate a lease takeover if there are 6 mos. or less before your lease is up, unlike the other respondents who have said that you cannot do a lease transfer if you have the lease 6 mos. or less.
Call BMW Financial to verify my response. I am currently going thru lease transfer now and my lease is only 2 mos. old.! |
