Clutch/Transmission noises

I noticed that my manual transmission started to make some weird dadadadada noises and the noise comes on and off like something is loosen inside the transmission. Also every time when I step on the clutch the loud dadada noise will go away but when I leave it on Neutral, the dadada noise came right back. It usually happen after 20 to 30 mins of driving. So I took it to BMW Seattle to check up and the foreman told me this is normal noises from the transmission because the fluid will get hot by times and it will makes this kind of noises which is very normal for BMW....?????? Seriously?? It starts getting loud and louder but since every time when I step the clutch the noise go away, is that mean there is something to do with the clutch????

Sounds like perhaps something flywheel related.

I'm thinking throwout bearing also, I've seen this on my eclipse I had. Nothing to worry about really. Trust me unless you diy it you don't want to see labor charge for throw out bearing. Wait till clutch fails.

Throwout would make the noise when you hit clutch - not when clutch pedal is released.
