Cooper Teesside or Sunderland for warranty work?

Hello,
I'm going to be booking my car in to get the gearbox looked at and I'm wondering which one to go to.
Has anyone had experience with either recently with warranty work? the reason I'm asking is that the problem is only intermittent and don't want to be fobbed off.
I have used cooper Teesside in the past which wasn't to bad but I had always bought the car from them, but I didn't buy this one from them in the end.
Thanks,
Ben.

Personally I'd take it back to where you bought mate I've recently had a problem with cooper Teesside about some warranty work.

Normally I would but I got the car from stratstone jaguar in Manchester so its a bit of a trek from Hartlepool.
I think I will give Sunderland a shot as they were alright when I got the security update done by them.
Did you get your problem sorted with cooper Teesside in the end?

That is a bit of trek mate. I just took it back to where I bought from at strastone tyneside and they sorted it all out in the end all under warranty.

Actually, stratstone Tyneside isn't a bad idea with me getting it from a stratstone and its only 10/15 minutes further if you catch the tunnel at the right time.
Cheers mate.

I use the Sunderland garage fairly often as it's right next to where I work. Never had anything but good experiences.
