Is retrofitting M seats (heated/electric) to non-M functional?

Is retrofitting heated/electric M seats to a non-M, non-heated, non-electric car functional after coding? I'm not worried about heating the seats. Just air bags, reclining, and height adjust.

It can work. You Just have the correct wiring and modules and it should.. figuring the wirinng will be a PITA though.
