Oil level min (+1 l) , but after adding 1 l, it is MAX

Guys I have E90 2006, and around four days ago my oil level dropped, and it showed add 1l. I left the car for 1 day, and didn't drive at all, on the morning for about 24 hours later, i turned my engine, and oil level showed OK, but a little less that in the middle. So I just went with it because it was okay, and thought maybe its the moisture or something else.

But yesterday it happened again and showed add 1l, so this time i went to dealership (today saturday) and they added me 1l of oil, but when i got home the oil level showed at MAX exactly and it said OK.

Is it normal? What do you think should i do?
