Could you please post the link to this? I'd like to get ppk, brakes, and eventually exhaust but was/am growing skeptical BMW would release M performance parts for the F34.

use this

http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc...=135i&powerkit

you will need to search for the part. Looks like The US sight hasn't added it yet.

Cool, so new to this, but did this just increase your torque or did it increase your max mph/km/h Just wondering what this will increase for my car, I have the top speed increased already just wondering what this upgrade will unleash on this beast

I would assume that the gains that are listed above are at the flywheel versus at the wheels where it really counts has anyone actually taken their car and had it on the dyno after the powerkit is installed - I have heard it gives you abt .2 sec increase to 60 which is not a lot considering the price

So really wondering if this is worth it? $1100+ for about +30 hp and torque? Well since I am in Germany it will cost me over $1500. Just wondering if the power is worth it, literally bang for your buck. I really want some new exhausts, I am really not digging the chrome pipes.

That was the point I was making - 30HP at the flywheel is a minimal gain at the wheels - I am guesing a loss of about 16% which is standard - There are several tunes available that give you a lot more bang for the buck -

I have the PPK on my 335 sedan and it's not just the power, the whole car gets a bit of a transformation including the transmission, throttle and steering. It's worth it.

I talked to the head mechanic at my dealer and yes it does improve slightly some other features - but those were pretty darn good already - where bmw left a lot on the table is the amount of output you can get from that engine - so bang for the buck for performance is still a quality tune and maybe a charge pipe

Aalders, I think you are in the same situation as I, overseas. I found this at getbmwparts.com, going to confirm a few thing at the German Dealership before I order. I want to make sure that they can do the install if I bring the PPK to them. I also need to confirm "Plant Integration Level", I am pretty sure I don't need a new DME, my car was built Oct 2013 but will check anyways.

The PPK cost $950.00 and they ship to APOs.

Genuine BMW F30/F34 M Performance 335i/xi Power Kit
The Ultimate Driving Machine gets an exhilarating boost in performance thanks to the new M Performance Power Kit. The BMW M Performance Power Kit features engine tuning software and a new M Performance Engine Air Intake system. In addition, a replacement M Performance Engine Cover and Rocker Panel Decals provide the mark of distinction this retrofit deserves.

Horsepower increased to 320hp (20hp gain). (35hp gain on PIL F020-13-03-500 vehicles)
Torque is increased to 332 lb-ft (automatic transmission) and 317 lb-ft (manual transmission)
Faster acceleration: 0.2 seconds faster than the standard 335i model from 0 mph to 60 mph. 0.5 seconds faster than the standard 335i model from 50 mph to 75 mph.
More dynamic accelerator pedal calibration in Sport Mode.
"Exhaust burble" sound during engine overrun conditions.
Sport Display now shows increased power figures to reflect increased performance.
Adheres to rigorous BMW Group test standards. Vehicles retain the original emission certification. Vehicles maintain the original fuel efficiency ratings.
The vehicle’s original BMW Limited Warranty is not affected. 4 Year / 50K miles when purchased with the new vehicle o 2 years / unlimited miles or the balance of the new vehicle warranty, whichever is greater.
*Must include vin with order. No order cancellations or returns on this item.

**The Plant Integration Level (PIL) must be checked at your local BMW dealereship to order the correct version. They can do this by performing a Key Read and selecting Vehicle Key Data, then Software Integration. Vehicles with a Plant Integration Level older than F020-12-11-500 will receive a new coded DME from Germany - please allow few weeks for shipment. Vehicles with a Plant Integration Level of F020-12-11-500 or newer do not require a new DME - these ship within a couple business days. .

***Installation time is approx 1.75 hrs for cars up to 11/2012. Installation time is approx 0.5 hours for cars built from 11/2012 and on. (Install time does not include time spent programming/coding the vehicle).

Has anyone spoken with a US dealer about this? AFAIK, BMW's web site still doesn't show the PPK available for the F34 in the US.

Would a US dealer be willing to install a PPK sourced from a third party (and what would the warranty implications be)?

I'll ask about it the next time I stop by my dealer, but Tischer has F34 in the PPK product description on their website. I haven't heard whether anyone has successfully ordered from them with a GT VIN though.
