Strange error trying to code KOMBI

Trying to code my KOMBI and getting this strange error, what does it mean and why?

This was in Expert Profile, didn't think the .MAN was used then?

I never touch the .man even though the DIY says that is where you are supposed to do your editing. Did you try and turn your latency down to 1?
