Just go to bmwusa.com (assuming you are in the U.S.) -- click on the model lines at the top (e.g., 3-series, 4-series, etc.), click on the specific model you're interested in on the left side (e.g., 428i, 435i xdrive, etc.) then click the "Build Your Own" option that will be displayed on the page.

cars direct.com is pretty good. Just pick new and build. they give invoice, MSRP, and what they can get you without haggling. Better than Trucar IMO.
