Need help with using BMW dianostic software!

Hi there, Does anyone know how to use INPA, Ediabas, BMW DIS v57 and SSS V32? I bought a OBD cable and software from EBay, but it only comes with install setup and no using manual. After I install the software and hook up to my car. It doesn't read anything. If anyway could guide me with that I will highly appreciate that! I'm trying to reset the maintain service information because I will be changing oil and filters at local repair shop which they won't reset those for me. Also I'm going to code my all window close and mirror folding functions with key fob. Thank you!
