Hi all,

I'm at the dealership trying to order my 335i M Sport and the manager just said that the system won't allow him to order a 2014 M Sport with Coral Red leather!! I was able to build that on BMWUSA.com but they say it's changed for 2014 models!

I'm confused please help I'm typing this from the dealer!

Per this announcement, CR should still be available.

Just stepped out from the dealership.. I insisted that I'm not ordering black or beige; in fact the main reason that I'm building my own car is to get Alpine White on Coral Red. I'm almost sure BMW NA have not discontinued CR, so the sales manager said it is likely thay CR is just not available at this time. He expects it to be available "soon". He will call BMW NA on Monday & let me know.

When I build an M Sport with CR leather on BMWUSA.com it works, but when you save it, print it, or try to email it, the color will default back to beige. It's been like that for over a week. Are you guys facing the same issue?

Is there another dealer in the area you can contact? It may be user error on the dealers end. Mine told me I couldn't get the anthracite trim with the luxury line which of course was bull. When he printed out the order it came out correct though.

AW with CR should be available. Its in the official MY14 ordering guide.

Are they ordering you a German or South Africa build? In my experience SA builds can have restrictions more often than German builds. These restrictions should be provided to dealers through the BMW DCS.

Yes, I have another dealer on standby just waiting for me to place an order. I will call my CA first thing tomorrow morning and ask him to run the build in the system. I hope it works.

This was a German build.

Nice combo I had a silver/red E46 330Ci 10 years ago and I loved it.

I called the other dealer and they'll get back to me once they try to work my build through their system! Hope it works!
