Ordered 335i M Sport GT for dec delivery.
Just back from my dealers where I went with the intention of downsizing from my X5 to a 3 or5 touring. Whilst there I took a drive in a 320D GT. whilst impressed with the space I wanted something quicker so after some deliberation ordered the following.
335i GT M Sport Melbourne Red Sports automatic Black Dakota leather M Sport braking 19 inch 598M Alloys Sun protection glass Headlight wash Xenon headlights Harmon kardon speakers Media package professional Adaptive M Sport suspension Electric folding mirrors Electric front seats Armrest front sliding Internet Dealer had a car ready assigned that would start assembly on the 26th Oct so adjusted the spec to suit me. 8 weeks to go then! |

Congratulations!! I ordered mine late last month, and was told to expect a mid November delivery!
I'm really excited! 328i xDrive, M-Sport Mineral grey, coral red interior, dark burl walnut trim, and a healthy bit of options. |

My car is now in the UK. Dealer took my trade in and loaned me a 520 GT M Sport till it gets delivered. Saved me taxing my X5. 520 really nice to drive, pity it does not look better. Dealer more than meeting customer service standards in my view. Hopefully have my car by Friday.

Me too! Me too!
Ordered mine on 22 November. Expected delivery is late December or early January.
(Basically doing everything possible to compensate for BMW's weird decision to make this a semi-crossover, instead of what it really should be -- a proper sportback with incredible rear legroom.) This is my first BMW, so it was a bit of a surprise to see that the headliner didn't match the beige upholstery that we originally ordered. The more I look at the black interior, though, the more I like it. Looking forward to Summer, when I'm allowed to use the brakes. |

2014 alpine white 335 GT to many options to list - over 12 BMW owned mostly 3 series suv or sedan 1- 7 seriers and 1- 5 - for overall performance and room this is by far the best what is amazing is almost same leg room in rear as my friends 7 - this car will see a lot of 1/4 mile track time once tuned this winter and new tires added

Been raining all day but took some pics anyway
May need to re-consider size of pictures. Been too busy to drive car today but it was 50 miles from the dealer yesterday. Great acceleration and road holding impeccable. Very nice ride with adaptive set to comfort. Control screen is excellent and the Harmon Kardon speakers were well worth the cost. This car, in Melbourne Red does attract a lot of attention as it is seriously muscular looking with the 19 inch wheels.
Will post soon on performance and thoughts GC |

After a lot of previously vague updates from my dealer I made them send me screenshots of their tracking systems today. Turns out I have a chassis number so was able to backtrack to the vehicle currently in production in my VIN sequence. By my reckoning it will be production complete on Friday!
Still probably another 2-3 weeks after that until it's actually at the dealer, but still exciting. @ipilcher - any sign of yours yet? Reckon we are on a similar schedule. |

Anyone else think Dingolfin sounds like the town right down the road from Hobbiton? EDIT: Just saw that you're in the UK. We may be on a similar production schedule, but there's a lot more water in mine's future than there is in yours'. |

Had overlooked you were in the US so yes, yours will be hitching a longer ride. Still, I think you have a head start - frustratingly, from checking the tracker only one GT seems to have been knocked out in my VIN sequence in the last 3 days. I'm still 3 cars back from there, so guess mine won't be build complete until next week now. However since we've established where Dingolfin is, I'm figuring the elves will be working on it over Christmas |

Mine is on the Bishu Highway, due into Brunswick, GA, on Jan 13 (although it does appear to have left Southampton a day ahead of schedule). Looks like I'll have a week or two of driving the TL when I get back home.
I am (positively) surprised that it's going to Brunswick, rather than Galveston. If Dallas deliveries don't go through Galveston, what does? Last edited by ipilcher; 12-30-2013 at 04:34 PM.. |

Glad to hear yours is in transit, even if it's going to take a while to get there.
I seriously need to get another hobby. Turns out checking the VIN decoder 4 times a day doesn't make it go any faster. As far as I can tell, not much production happened over Christmas, with the last F34 off the line on the 19th, and no change in production code on mine since 20th Dec. |
