Iphone 5 & Bluetooth to stream music.

I apologize in advance for asking a question that has been beaten to death. (I have looked at so many threads, I am not only brain dead, I'm more confused than ever) I have a 2010 335xi (e92) with idrive/Nav. I don't have the IPhone (Y) connector integrated option. All I have is an AUX input and a USB input in the glove box. All I want to do is be able to play music (Hopefully) via Bluetooth & be able to control it with the steering wheel, while able to see the music on my screen. Is there something I can buy that will work? Perhaps a Bluetooth option that will work via the USB connector in glove box? Thanks in advance. This topic is driving me CRAZY!
