Connector Help

Hey guys,
I am looking to upgrade my speakers and amp with some new equipment. I know there are some already made, but I just wanted to see what it would look like to create my own (this will determine whether or not to just buy one.

Like man I do not want to cut up the stock harness, so I am looking for the following and if you could help me that would be great.

I have a E92 and looking to buy the connectors (male and female) for each speaker.

1. Front Doors with Tweeter (male and female plugs)
2. Under seat subwoofer (male and female plugs)
3. Tweeters (male and female plugs)
4. Male and Female connectors for HiFi Amp

If you are able to help me that would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You,
MK

I don't see shy you need the male connectors for the speakers. If you are replacing your speakers you only need the female end that plugs into the stock harness, no use getting the end that plugs into the stock speakers if they are getting replaced anyways. Also the tweeters are connected to the mids with a passive crossover. That means there is only 1 pair of speaker wires coming out the door to your amp. You need a component set that comes with it's own passive crossover, and you don't need an additional connector for the tweeters. Unless you are wanting to run a seperate speaker wire from the tweeters to an active crossover but then I don't see why you'd need the stock connectors at all if you were gonna do that.

You can get the speaker and underseats connectors from the dealer search and you'll find part numbers.

You can get technics harness for hifi. The only thing is it is meant for replacing the stock amp you cannot use the stock amp while using an aftermarket amp with that harness.

No problem. If you need any more help just ask. The stickies are a good place to start reading.

Don't quote me but I think someone in one of the stickies may have said it was proprietary to BMW so short of buying a used HIFI amp and wire harness I don't think you'll have much luck but maybe Techinc knows since he does the HIFI harness.
