The sedan is slated for a Spring launch, so hopefully production should begin in March. I know the coupe begins production in December from what I've read.

From what I know, it does begin in December. I have spoken with with multiple salesmen from large BMW dealers on the westcoast.

Spring = March (late March). Both cars launch in Spring.

According to prevailing rumor, Coupe begins production in December, Sedan begins production in January.

BMW Mil Sales has told me May 2008 earliest....probably looking at +90 days on that. So I'd say early Aug latest...but I am not part of the dealer allocations as Mil Sales gets their allocations differently from BMW NA I am told.
