coding NYC

I need someone to code my lci headlights,i have a 2008 335i 2 door e93 and just install lci headlight the passanger side rings and signal are flickering,and the driverside just the signal are flickering. will i need a FRM3 in order to get the lci headlight to fuction? if anyone in NYC who could do this lmk thanks>>just checked my car have frm2...

don't count on these so called coder on this site,i took my car to motorcept in queens and it was done in a few minutes,i spoke to about 5 coders in nyc and nj and all was unsure of simple coding.

Most of the "coders" on here are the people following guides who don't even understand what they're doing. The ones who are really good are those that taught themselves
