Coding deleted by bmw?

Just picked up my car from bmw from having a abs pump replaced. All my coding is gone. My alpina flash still seems to be there tho. Is this normal for them to delete it?

Not all of my coding was deleted. My alpina flash no longer shows d1-2-3etc

When BMW updates a car it looks at all modules and updates whatever is needed. They can not pick and choose what to update.

Exactly why I always tell the dealer to absolutely NOT update any software on my car unless asking me 1st - the car runs fine without any updates, & I don't want my coding deleted...
