Replaced battery, passenger restraint system malfunction?

Replaced my battery on my 07 e90 yesterday..it was time since the battery was original anyways. After replacing it the airbag and seatbelt lights are on and on the idrive it says "passenger restraint system malfunction".
I did a little research and I've heard no real definitive answer. Everything appears connected. Your thoughts?

I didn't get those warnings when disconnecting my battery, but I did get them when I disconnected my front seats while replacing the under-seat speakers. Had to get the dealership to clear the errors.

You can reset errors with a coding setup.

You can reset errors with a coding setup.
And also register your battery .
You can probably get a Indy to do both.
