Import Voice Control FSC into CIC

Hello
Does any one know how I can accomplish this? I have E93, ISTA/P and ICOM A+B. The vin of the fsc codes and the car are different. But I have a CAN filter installed.

So, could you help me import these in and activate them?

Any help will be much appreciated.

If you have a CAN filter, why do you need to import the fsc codes for voice activation.
Emulator is for that?
Or am I missing something here.
