nah, but i got insurance for all my equipment, last year i was robbed at parking lot when i finished doing 3 cars for customers. 3 young turk germans beat me up to unconcious and steal everything i have + my iphone and wallet.

From that time i have insurance for all equipment

Obviously if you can surprise your victim a weapon of any kind wouldn't do much good so the key is good situational awareness. I'm not saying SA will always save you, being cornered by 4 guys without a weapon you will probably get your ass kicked even if you can see it coming. That is unless you're Chuck Norris. And I know, unfortunately most Europeans have been stripped of the right to bear arms.
