Installed a JL Amp and Sub, now what?

I spend the better part of the day installing and tweeking the JL Audio HD 900/5 channel amp and the JL Audio W3v3 10 inch sub woofer. The sound improvement is significant obviously given the weakness of our hifi systems.

My question is what next? Will I notice a significant further audio experience by upgrading the OEM speakers and if so which ones and to what?

I have read the threads about Morels, Focal's etc. Is it worth the extra cash is my question?

Thanks,

Jehnerts and Morels are amazing.

Jehnerts and Morels are amazing.
The Jehnert undeseats are really amazing.
Front Doors and Floors will make the biggest difference.
How are you allocating your non sub channels now.
The under seats should be on separate channels or did you bypass those?

There is an audio shop a few minutes from my place that sells both Morels and Focals. He also recommends the Morels as they are not as bright as the Focals and they are also a better value price wise. At present, the underseats are acting a mid bass on a separate channel. I will look into the Jehnert's.

Do you have a specific model for the Morel and Jehnert's that you would suggest I go with?

Thanks again.

Well, that's like saying there's a big price difference between BMW and Audi. You need to compare models, not brands!

To answer the question of "how much" of a difference it will make, very much depends on which stereo you started with. Upgrading will make an improvement no matter what, but I'm sure the magnitude of improvement will be much greater if starting with a base audio rather than HK.

Either way, a good investment I'm sure.
