AutoLifeRX Warranty

So i just bought a 2007 328xi at a small dealership. They offered me a third party warranty called Autoliferx. I told them i would think about it so when i got home i searched it and found nothing but bad reviews. Has anyone heard of this warranty or have it? Thanks
