Amplifier recommendations

I'm putting together an upgrade plan, and I'm looking for recommendations on an amp or amps. I've got the base stereo setup in my 2010 E92 - shame on you BMW for this lousy offering.

Retain the OEM head unit and put a JL Audio Cleansweep between head unit & amp(s).

Replace the front speakers with a pair of Focal 100 KRS separates (50 watts rms, 100 watts peak), replace the rears with a pair of similar power range coax speakers (anyone got a favorite pair of 4" coax?).

Replace the under seat woofers with a pair of 4 ohm Earthquake SWS-8's (150 watts RMS, 300 watts peak), wired in parallel presenting a 2 ohm load.

The Cleansweep provides 2 line level outputs, so I'm looking for a 5 channel amp which would sum those front & rear inputs and provide signal for the 5th channel internally. Or some alternative to provide a 5th channel to an amp after processing by the Cleansweep.

Being that I was quite a fan of SoundStream back in the day (there's still a Reference Class A 6.0 in the garage), I've been looking at their latest Reference line, specifically the 5.1000 (4 x 95 watts & 1 x 270 rms @ 4 ohms or 4 x 135 & 1 x 460 rms @ 2 ohms). The JL Audio HD900/5 (100 x 4, 500 X 1) is also attractive, but a bit to pricey for my budget.

My original thought was to use my current JL 10w3 and Reference 6.0 with some type of sub enclosure in the trunk, but after just a bit of homework the idea of using a pair of shallow 8's under the seats became interesting.

Any input appreciated, especially someone who's configured something similar.

Jl audio is the defacto standard here

The xd series if a very good amp and good sounding .
It interfaces with the stock head unit perfectly as it has balanced inputs
and a xd 600/6 fits perfectly in the stock amp position.
Now they also have amps in the series with more channels or power but I don't know how those fit.
You might also consider recoding the head unit and avoiding using the cleansweep if possible.
Depending on how much of a bass head you are the under seat upgrade may be enough for you.

600/6

Run rears off hu. Why not 100vrs coax?

Fronts and underseats 75/100wpc respectively (use 2ohm sws)

Bridge 100wx2 for 200w for 2 ohm sub

The sound stream reference amps are supposed to be very good from what I've read about them. Another option is an Alpine pdx v9.

If you decide to use a trunk sub I think the xd600/6 would be the best option. And use mid bass drivers under the seats instead of the earthquakes. You can get the jehnert flatline 3 way speaker set it is made for our cars and comes with the mounting brackets. Then use a seperate mono amp for the sub.
