Car Won't Start

Hi, so I was doing an errand run in my 2006 BMW 330i with just under 60k miles, and drove about 3 miles of city traffic to the store, came out, and tried to start my car. Wouldn't start. First two times I heard a bit of starter whine, came out and check the battery, got 12.4 V. Next two times, I just heard the fuel pump running, starter was running. Fifth time, I start it while also tapping the gas a bit and the car started.

Came back home, and tried to start the car a few times. Voltage was 12.6V when I came back, which means alternator is fine and voltages are fine. Car started each time. Tried one last with a bit of gas pedal tapping and car refuses to start. Tried again three times and all I hear is the fuel pump running, no starter running. Check voltages and they are now 12.0V. Got a friend to jump the car, charged it to 12.7V and tried a couple more times. Nothing at all. Me pressing the brakes to start the car yields same results as not pressing brakes: the lights, radio, and air come on but starter and fuel pump make no noises.

Ran into the house to grab the laptop to dump the errors and here's what I got:

Water pump issue is known, I've been trying to find a weekend to go change the waterpump. Any ideas what to do about the other error though? I don't want to tow it to BMW, I at least want to get it started one last time to drive it there.

EDIT: Unplugged IBS module to check if it's preventing cranking, it's not IBS. Steering also unlocks when hitting the start button so the car is actually trying to crank but failing. I hear very tiny bit of movement in the engine compartment when I hit start.
