Door Actuator Replacement Questions
Hi guys, thanks in advance for your help.
I have a 2006 330i and my driver's side door won't unlock (Pick of my baby below to reward you for clicking on my thread ) It only will unlock from the outside using the key, and then it takes a couple turns both ways to get it unlocked. I replaced the #57 fuse with a 20, however it and and all lock related fuses were not blown. My question is there an actuator and an actuator motor? Are they the same thing? The part (51217202143) is $71 from tichner but the DIY calls it out as $35. Understood if it's gone up in price, just want to make sure it's the correct part. Is there somewhere I can get both the passenger side and driver's side? It said on a thread that they reduce the price when you buy 2. This is really annoying that BMW so poorly built their car that the door won't open after only 7 years. Thanks, Schm http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=477507
