Help With Valve Cover

While Replacing the valve cover gasket on my e90 328xi (N51 engine) the opening for the "Vacuum pipe" (part# 11157547820) attached to the valve cover broke off. The Vacuum pipe connects from the valve cover to the "Connector" (part# 13717537502) which is a part of the air intake muffler. A) Could I seal the openings on the valve cover and connector to prevent leaks? B) Use adhesive to reattach the broken nipple? or C) Am I going to have to replace the valve cover?

I did not break the large vent hose in the rear of the valve cover. Just the opening for the vacuum pipe below Spark plug six.

PLEASE HELP
