Drives: RS3 and VW Kombi

At last...

....my car is finally booked to have the re-map and the suspension fitted, on thursday this week. Superchips are doing the remap ( they now reset the counter as well) and APS are fitted the H & R springs. Full report and pics to follow......

When you remap a car, it clicks a meter in the ECU, so that if BMW look into it they will see someone has been in there and done something, however most re-mappers can now rest this meter so its not so easy to spot.

ie. before you touch it, it will be 0000, but after the re-map it will be 0001 - makes sense I hope?!

oh right i see, so BMW could tell that its been mapped... and we dont want this

i get it

have you had the car rolling roaded beforehand? and may after to compare?
