Sony Ericsson W580i compatible!

Does anyone have this phone? If so does it pair with the 2007 bmw 328xi? Download address book? I want to be able to use my bluetooth in my car. Thanks in advance for any replys.

Hey. I was replying earlier when my battery died. Sorry for the delay. Anyway, I just switched over from a w900 to a w580. Everything syncs perfectly. I completed the entire process in 5 minutes while I was driving to the gas station. Address book, a-z, received calls, dialed calls, and even top 8. All function. Flawless.

How do you like the w580. Coming from the w900 I feel like kind of a teenybopper. But I wanted something super lightweight and super slim and this really fits the bill. I'm a bit of a phone fanatic, and this is really only to hold me over until the w910 comes out, but I really like the w580. More than I expected.

Thanks for the reply. The W580i slider should be here anyday. This will be my first slider. I currently have a razor and am getting tired of it. Really wanted the iphone but seems they are having to much problems right now and the price is a factor to. Glad to hear that it syncs with your car in a matter of minutes. That is how my razor does to. Thanks again.

Coming from a Razr, you should really like the W580. I have a krzr just to stay on verizon, and I definitely like the 580s interface more.

Hi I have this phone too w580i but how do you sync the address book? whenever I use voice command "dial names" (no idrive) it'll just tell me, phone book is empty. Is there any thing special I have to do to add that function to it? I really love this phone btw but Sony Ericsson QC kinda sucks, I have like a puncture under my screen =[
