6mt shifter moves under acceleration

Hey guys I am having an odd problem. My gear shifter moves slightly under acceleration in 1st to 3rd gear. It is a noticeable shift that I never felt before. It is only when accelerating from near stop all the way through 3rd gear. Sometimes 4th but not as bad. It is maybe a 1/2" movement from front to back in those gears. Almost as if it wants to pop out of 1st and 3rd, but it has not popped out. 2nd gear would be moving further in basically. Only thing I changed was to different wheels. Staggered setup running the normal sizes (235/35/19, 265/30/19). Not sure if it happens to be a coincidence that it started when I changed my wheels.

Saw the problem on some Audi forums and it seems to be certain mounts going bad. My car has 46k on it right now. If it is a problem, I hope it will be covered under warranty.

My 6MT moves ever so slightly when in gears 1 and 3. It is a controlled movement but it never seems like it is going to push out. 82K on mine, Clutch replaced at 75K
