Which ATF fluid for Drain & Refill ?

Just need to know, if BMW Automatic Transmission oil is M1375.4 ,and so is
Pentosin ATF1
ZF LifeGuard 6
Red Line D4 ATF
BMW OEM

Which one would be preferred on a drain & fill for a 2006, 325 xi,auto ?

I believe pentosin but you may want to double check
