335d Interior pics

As requested by Carl!

Very pleased I chose Jade Grey Lthr, it looks great, I have noticed a couple of marks on it already though, so I suppose keeping it clean may be a battle. iDrive background is brown (

- if that makes a difference). Attached a few pics of navigation (DVD is 07-02), iPod connection including the 6FL cable for those who are interested. I brought a boot liner which you can see and the umbrella BMW F1 Sauber was 'free'. Or should I say the dealer did not charge me for that particular item, not surprised the amount they probably made out of me yesterday !

HiFi speaker system sounds great (to me at least) I just wonder how much better the Logic7 is, I am tone deaf so it would probably have been a complete waste of money

Ford Ka has nothing to do with me, neighbour has poor taste in cars!

How great is the 6FL option? Sooooooo glad I went for that.
Get that iPod in its little holder, neaten things up under there!

You are right the 6FL option was the way to go, I nearly feel into the 6CD trap when I ordered!

I choose the Jade grey with black sapphire as I though with Le Mans would not go, but now I have seen it, I think this is very cool ye

But can not change anyway as my car is build from Monday (Week 36).....

Yes, I'm also glad I went for Jade Gray. Its a refreshing change from all black, but still gives you dark carpets (unlike Beige).

Also like the anthracite headlining on the M Sport models (mine is light gray).

did the ipod cable come with it? i dont want to go and pick the car up and not being able to use my ipod

i want to check with a recent delivery like yourself before i hound the dealer!

The iPod cable did not come with the car, the only lead there was a USB extension cable. I had to order the iPod cable seperately, there is a long thread on the subject on here and it has the BMW part number. I gave that to the dealer because they had not heard of the 6FL Ipod cable before

and no chance of getting it for free for me!

i c. surely yours isnt the first order theyve taken with 6fl?! what is this amateur hour?!?!?!

anyhow did u recieve the ipod case which is attached to the underside of the armrest? and is this the part number for the usb ipod cable

6112 0 440 796 i sifted through about 10 random pages of the official 6fl thread but couldnt find jack apart from that part number near the end where ppl speculated it was a different part number to the earlier cables?!

so my question is... is that part number right?! i really think it shud be supplied with the 6fl tho, bit wrong otherwise imho

That number does not look right, the parts department at the dealer should be able to locate it! The ipod case under the armrest must be standard, I didnt notice it until I took the pictures!

The brown background is the same as the new X5 I had a few weeks ago.

Really wish they had the 6FL option on 06 models

Is the part number I used to order the 6FL cable.

I checked yesterday and Mine was built on Thursday, just waiting for the Reg plate now.

Delivery should be 17th or 18th, maybe even the week before.
