Know your rights, Guys!

I know every forum member is a law abiding citizen & would never blatantly dis the laws governing road use, and all the posts & responses regarding remapping, chipping and supercharging have nothing to do with enhancing the speed of one's wheels, oh no!
These topics are more about making the most of BMW's shortcomings in developing their engines and making the whole driving experience better by carrying out the aforementioned modifications to make the engines perform better in terms of smoothness and bettering one's MPG and nothing about speed, of course not!

Anyway, should anyone fall foul of the law by doing 34mph in a 30mph zone,or perhaps 53.5mph in a 50mph zone, this website may be of assistance in helping you deal with the inevitable pickle:

Top site, well worth looking at, but of course none of us will ever need it!

I have a colleague that used the PACE to get off his NIP. The old bill never followed it up
