DFW dealers

I know there's alot of these threads going on so sorry for another one.

I went to Classic last night and test drove a 335i. Love the car but the dealership is not willing to discount only 500 bucks. Where did you guys get your car from and any discounts?

I got the $500 line from Classic as well, but that's where I ended up buying from. I got $700 off at BMW of Dallas, but a combination of bad service towards me and the fact that they're moving the dealership next year sent me to Classic.

That's the problem w/ buying a BMW in Dallas. Classic and BoD know that they're pretty much the only game in town, and demand is high. There have been other posts about people going out of the area to buy (OKC, Austin, College Station, etc). I've also heard that if you use Costco's car-buying service, a better deal may be in order.

Good luck!

I've been getting the same when talking to the BMW dealers in Dallas. It's pretty much $500 off MSRP and that's it. Better than the Houston dealers though. They told me to go and buy in Dallas because my discount was actually something rather than NOTHING...

Waiting on a quote from Chapman BMW in AZ. Looks like they're about to make a really good offer. If I have to, I'll rent a trailer, hook it up to my diesel and go get it and tow it back. Easy!

In Dallas? I personally don't think so. But it's an opinion thing. I may feel differently if I lived up north.

I didn't have them on my A4, and never missed them, so I didn't order them on my 328i. Once, when my A4 was in for service in January, my loaner A4 had heated seats. It was a nice luxury, but not something I'd still *have* to have. Again, other people feel differently. I just look at it as one less thing that could break on the car...

AZ? What part of Texas are you in? If I were in Dallas, I'd give a look at OKC or Shreveport -- seems like those would be closer.

Yeah I originally called BoD and Classic when I was wanting to order my e92 and both basically told me they didn't want my business, didn't want to talk numbers over the phone, etc. (I live in Tyler) I ended up getting $500 off from Mike Pile BMW here, but only after Orr BMW in Shreveport offered $500 off. I've never had to fight so hard for just $500!
