Can anyone help with a fix it it ticket amount Sacramento/sf/davis

Got a fix it ticket going to school, and just wondering if there is anyone that can help get it taken care of, I'd rather pay someone on the forum then state lol. I know it's a long shot but worth a try, I live in Davis and willing to drive an a good distance to get rid of it.

I went to school in Davis. How the hell did you get pulled over for tint? They usually dont give a shit. I am there pretty much every weekend still. See me going 60 down Russell lol.

It was a CHP, I ve been next to davis police and they all nod and say hello. But CHPs don't -__-. Ill make sure to keep an eye out for ou on Russell haha.
