So... friday car threw a CEL half engine light so I limped it home. Monday got it towed to the dealer, i drove it on and off the flat bed. Got it home last night went out this morning and bam 3 inch scratch deep enough for me to fit my finger nail in (jet black car) and a nick in the leather in my door panel. I am very much obsessed about my car and I know those were not there before it went it. Anyone have this happen and get it resolved? I am friends with the service manger but i don't want him getting pissed at me.

Always take a walk around video in the parking lot before you leave, and tell them that you did, it helps a lot, I do this every time. When you find a scratch just whip out your phone and show them the video.

Call them ASAP. The longer you wait, the less of a chance they will do anything for you.

I always do a walk around, even leaving the mall parking lot, but it was raining and i had intense back pain going on so I was just trying to get home asap and back in bed.

Calling first thing in the morning, going to pop the hood and make sure nothings missing or broke under there first.
