BMW Key Fob Case ?
My keys are all scratched, will it works if i replace my key case with this ebay one ?

If you do not have comfort access I don't see why it wouldn't work, just put your cut key in place of the blank it comes with, and move the innards over.

Nice find. Was just thinking my key looked awful shabby today. I might have to be the guinea pig - and invest in one of those leather covers too.

I'm wondering the same because I do want a new shell. I replaced the battery the other day but didn't see a way to transfer the internal components over.

I think I've read before that people back it for a short time to get the glue to release, I think you could just use a hair dryer and then pry it apart though.

I had the idea the other day of putting the guts of my key into the new style F-series key fob. But I don't know if its possible to open the key without damaging it and if the guts will fit into the new design. (I have comfort access so the key doesn't need to fit into the slot)
