NOx Sensor problems
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has ever had their NOx sensor replaced or if anyone knows how to do it themselves? I can see the sensor in the rear of the exhaust but the control unit looks to be under the heat shield? My car is generating these codes in INPA 2AF2 nitric oxide sensor, Lambda Linear 2AF4 NOXsensor, electrical 2AF6 nitric oxide sensor, Lambda binary and also the sensor voltage after catalyst bank 2 is not always active (which im pretty sure is the NOx sensor) Any info would be handy. EML came on last week and brought it to the dealer yesterday, it was a problem with the NOX sensor. BMW replaced it but I have no idea what was the trigger.
