Paging Gary @ TR: Conti winter tires

Hi Gary,

Can you tell me if Tirerack will be carrying any Continental winter tires in the 225/40-18 size that fits our 335i Sport pkg wheels? I see other brands available, and Conti has their ExtremeWinter Contact in 17s. I know Conti makes some other winter tires (a few sold in Canada) that are offered in the size I'm looking for. Do you know if Tirerack is planning to obtain any for sale to the US market?

Like last year, the 225/40R18 tire size has very limited options for available winter tires.

At this point the only models we are expecting to have are the Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 and LM60, Dunlop Winter Sport 4D (very limited quantities), Goodyear Ultra Grip Performance 2, Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 and PA4, and Pirelli 240SZ Serie2.
