Gary has once again handled another purchase at tirerack timely and accurately. Gary added a set of BMW center caps to my recent wheel/tire order to go the extra mile. Thanks Gary.

I have to say that the 2 times I looked at making a purchase through Gary I was dissapointed and did not make the buy from Tire Rack. All I heard was good things about Gary so I went to him. I had a TPMS question and a tire question. Both times I got a link to Tire Rack and basically he told me to go to the website and figure it out myself.

I have known Gary for numerous years...he is also active on the Audi forums...sorry your experience did not match mine..but he has been very helpful to me many times. He responds to my emails..and returns my calls. I am about 50/50 on getting him on inbound phone calls to Tirerack..which is good for me. :-)
