Does Style 359 (OE on 1M) fit on E90 LCI?

Really like the look of OEM Style 359 rims (OE on 1M and E92 M3 competition package).

Front: 9JX19 ET:31
Rear: 10JX19 ET:25

If fitted with 235/35R19 and 265/30R19 tires, will this set fit on my E90 LCI 325i? I assume the front should be no problem, but the rear might rub when full loading? My car has Performance suspension (which is about the same height as ZSP suspension).

The rear will rub badly unless you have the rear fenders rolled. You still might get a bit of rub on big dips. Rolling the fenders is really easy and any competent shop can do it quickly and without much expense.
