I posted a thread recently because I was looking for a set of winter wheels & tyres, I've managed to get a great deal at http://www.carnoisseurdirect.com which others may be interested in ie:

Riva DTM wheels 18 x 8 all round with Continental TS830P winter Tyres fitted & balanced - £1,018 delivered

The average price for this package elsewhere is £1250+, and that's if you can get the tyres

Possibly, but bearing in mind they'll probably be on the car for around 5 months I still want something that looks OK whilst giving me decent handling and safety during the cold weather - This combination seems to be a good compromise at an excellent price and I doubt I wouldv'e saved that much unless I'd gone for a cheaper make of tyre

That's not a bad deal. Although can you upgrade the winters to Nokian A3s or Vredestein Wintracs?

It wasn't a package deal, I asked for Conti TS830Ps & they got them in specially for me at an excellent price so they'll probably give you a good deal on either - I went for the Conti because they came out top in the Auto Express testing, I don't know how the Nokians / Wintracs compare
