Hi guys just joined the forum, Have i couple of Q's, I currently own a Pre lci 118d M47 engine but I'm going to upgrade to e90 need the room for family reasons,
I know that the 118d lci engine (N47) Suffers from premature timing chain problems, Is this the same with the 320d lci?

Also considered the 325d Are these the N47 Engine? Will these have the same problems?

Whats your views on the auto, Iv only ever owned manuals but thought it would be nice for a change to go to auto, Iv heard the auto go's nice with the 6 cylin in the 325d
