I have an Acer travelmate circa 2008 with a 13.1 inch screen, 1.3ghz multi core pentium laptop (not one of the crappy netbook ones) and 4 gig of memory, 1366x768 resolution ATI graphics card 250gig hard disk.. windows vista



£250 dude if interested collection only or I can bubble wrap it to crap and post special delivery but would probably cost about £15 for that..

comes with all manuals and recovery media too let me know if you want pics

I would say more like £6.94 and half a packet of Polos for your laptop Mega.
Think about it, you have just half a packet left at home and Polos are very hard to get hold of.

Won't work mate , as soon as you plug the drive in it will determine that lots of hardware has changed and require you to re license windows.

You can get a dell D630 off ebay for 100 quid , nice solid machines , plenty of spares too.

If you want to borrow mine in the meantime then let me know ..

Thanks for the offer, I just about managed to get DIS installed on the laptop and it died. You dont know how frustrating that was as I spent 4 hours on it trying to get it to work and for the laptop to die

Was hoping it to be a swirl flap actuator issue but it turned out not to be and the worst has been realised.
Box is required ..8k new , 5k refurb , 3k for mine to be refurb'd.

Consequently it's been moved to a quiet corner of a friends garage Sorn'd and looking thoroughly miserable awaiting a miracle to occur or someone to offer some money for it as is

I have everything up and running on the laptop I have here .. just not tested .. you are welcome to use the laptop if you wish. Could meet you somewhere when I'm on the way back home and drop it off .

The oxygen sensor is failing on mine so looking to replace that but at £180 for the part I will wait until it fails totally
