Ordered a E92 335i Yesterday!

Well I finally found a buyer for my Cobra. As soon as I had my check in hand, I was down at BMW placing the order. Now for the long wait. I got the E92 335i, Space Grey, SP, PP, CA, Black Leather, Grey Poplar Trim. I can't wait!! Now I have to drive my wifes old POS saturn while I am waiting for the BMW to arrive.

I am looking forward to chatting with you all.

No I ordered an 07. I am asuming since I just ordered I should not have the fuel pump issue that others are having.

Welcome! I got the same thing but w/ Step. We'll have to meet up once it gets here for a run up to Palomar. I should get mine in September sometime (already drove it in Europe)..waiting for redelivery.

Definatley. Once I know what my estimated delivery date is I will let you know. It will be nice to know some of the other 335i owners in the southern CA area.

The wait is excruciating. I'm only 5 days in, and it's killing me

Let's hope that the fuel pump problem is resolved now.

I asked my CA, and he claims their dealership (BMW in Yakima, WA) has had no issues, and a friend of mine who's a service advisor at BMW Seattle claims the same thing.

Who is your CA? I ordered my car at Hahn BMW about a month ago. It's on the boat as we speak.

Be Ready to experience the dreaded fuel pump issue. I have a 335 on order too and I am preparing myself to deal with the hassle of the dreaded fuel pump. No I am not a pessimist, more like a Realist!

Gary, congrats and welcome aboard, fellow San Diegan! A coworker of mine just picked up his space gray (popular color choice among socal folks) last week as well, he's pretty happy with it so far. he waited for 8+ weeks, so you maybe in the same boat? did you get yours from cunningham?

Agree, OC335i has one of the siiiickest rides! kudos to you OC 335i!

I bought mine at BMW of San Diego. I had intended to order a Sparkling Graphite but changed my mind at the last minute. The wait is going to suck!

Thanks for the compliment! SVT, I got mine from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach (where I bought the car).

FYI - Longtran is selling the lip for $475 painted and shipped. It might be your easiest option. It is certainly a good price IMO.
