lowering: question

I like the way the 335i sits in the rear but I'm not too happy with the front end of the car. It sits alittle to high, has anyone just lowered the front. I'm thinking of doing this. yea/ nah?

this has been answered many times before.... and i'll answer it again....

you can lower just the front of your car, just get the front springs installed....

besides the look, is it a smart thing to do??? no... spring rates will be different from the front of your car to the back of your car.... the rear springs will be too soft for the fronts, so you will get a lot more over-steer due to this.... ride will feel funny because of the different spring stiffnesses....

so don't do it, swap front and rears if you want to lower the car...
